Our Team
Brian Bennett, Attorney
Brian Bennett graduated cum laude from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1984 with two degrees one in history and one in religion; also, receiving the “Outstanding Academic Athlete” honor. Brian then went forward and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Maryland in 1987; simultaneously working for Law Review from 1985-1987.
Brian then went forward and began to work as a judicial law clerk for the honorable John H. Bishop in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Following his role as a law clerk Brian went on to work as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. In January of 1991 John Terziu brought Brian Bennett on as an attorney in his firm “Law Office of John Terziu III”. Two years later John asked Brian to become a partner in the firm and the name changed to “Law Offices of Terziu & Bennett”. John retired in 2015 and out of respect for Brian’s partner and mentor he has kept the firm’s name the same.
Brian Bennett has practiced law for 35 years and counting; 31 of those years has been here at the Law Offices of Terziu & Bennett.
